Boot Camp Fitness is a results-driven conditioning program that meets three times per week for six weeks, at 60 minutes per session. Camp is conducted indoors and is a supportive and motivational environment.  I am not a drill sergeant but you will be pushed out of your comfort zone.

Workouts include, but are not limited to, cardiovascular, speed and endurance, partner resistance, strength training and dumbbells. We expand your fitness horizons with fitness games, group challenges, kickboxing, plyometrics, several versions of push-up and pull-ups!

Haven’t worked out in awhile?

Don’t worry. We have designed the program for all fitness levels – whether you work out daily or haven’t worked out since high school. We provide modifications to all activities so that you can choose the appropriate intensity for your fitness level.

With morning and evening sessions, you can easily work the classes into your busy schedule.

Balanced Workout
Each class begins and ends with a good stretch, with a workout that combines strength, ability, cardiovascular endurance, and flexibility exercises in between.

Measuring Results

Fitness and body fat assessments are performed at the beginning and end of the six-week program to gauge each person’s strength and fitness improvement.  We also include a nutritional plan with the camp.
